  # To a dear friend

What else you may be thinking now, dear
If you find that coffee table so near
The chairs around may be empty but one
And a known voice is busy with a lyrical tone
The watch in your hand will tell you the time
That is left for you to invest for noisy rhymes
And mind will be lighter for her wings to fly
Ah! The old habits do not die. Old memories do not fade in shy.
